Some early “Justice League” news as to which small screen character MIGHT appear
It looks like there are some talks happening to include a small screen DC Comics character in the big screen adaptation of the “Justice League.”
Stephen Amell (TV’s “Arrow”) discussed with Fandango about how we might see Green Arrow on the big screen.
He said, “All we have to do for something like that to happen, or even be a possibility, is continue to take care of business with our show and then we put ourselves in a position – but the important thing is our show. I have had discussions, but I think the gestation process for this project is a lot slower than most people think. I mean, they haven’t even shot the next one. They haven’t even shot a frame of the movie before the movie everyone thinks is the Justice League movie!”
I think he has done a decent job on the small screen, but I don’t think, based off what I’ve seen so far, he should be included in the big screen version of the character.
However, DC is trying to make a cinematic universe like Marvel now, and might want to go ahead and get the Green Arrow out of the way based off of the show instead of making another origin tale.
