GREEN ROOM’s Director, Jeremy Saulnier, Set to Helm HOLD THE DARK For Netflix
Well, it seems Netflix is going for Oscar gold this year and their lineup of original movies is stacked to the nines and the this just keeps growing. It was just announced that the director of last year’s Green Room, Jeremy Saulnier, will helm the Netflix adaptation of William Giraldi’s novel Hold The Dark.
Hold The Dark will begin shooting in Canada this February. The official plot is,
The story revolves around a child taken from his village by a pack of wolves and an expert hunter is called in to track them down and kill them. He finds himself confronting not only the cruelty of Mother nature but also his own failings. As the child’s grief-crazed father follows behind him, it becomes unclear who is really being hunted.
