I’m frustrated, too. I’ve tweeted, liked, etc. and still can’t access ticket form. Argh.

i did this and clicked on the site and got a virus again, 2nd time this has happened, had to pay 50 and take pc in last time. locked up pc and took it over. i messaged the person on fb and he was a jerk, i would like to know how to get to the ceo, to report him, and this problem, there are viruses on these sites. also this is not working, i have tweeted several times.

Sorry to hear about your issues. The ‘virus,’ which it really isn’t, is an issue with an Ad we used to have on the site. We removed the ads, but some viewers are still having issues due to their cookies on their browser. Also, I am the only person that responds to messages on Facebook, and I’ve never been a jerk to anyone. Sorry if you feel that way.

Also also. I am the owner/operator, and this isn’t a corporation so there is no ceo. And there are no ‘sites,’ as we have only one website. Any issues you are having with a site that is not ours would obviously be something we have no control over.

We are definitely looking into streamlining the process for receiving passes to ensure all parties are getting something out of it, instead of just viewers, and, again, I apologize for the issue involved with the ‘virus’.

so are you the person that responded to me on fb on 4-9? if so, you were not nice and very rude. i have made a copy of it. i had to pay 50.00 to get my pc back, b/c the virus took over my pc. so if is was you that responded on fb, you were a jerk to me. also this link does not work to get the passes, i have tried several times, when you go to the site, it does nothing, there are no passes and it does not evey say there is a showing for this movie. i tried the first time on the 21, just got another email to get passes and when you go to the site, it states there are no showings in my area which is not what the email states.

      Howdy Sandy!
I would appreciate it if you would send a screenshot of the conversation to us on Facebook so we can see it. We have no messages from you on Facebook, and I don’t delete any, so I’d like to see it so I can see if someone else did speak to you. Normally I am the only one speaking to people on the page, though, and am always trying to be as courteous as possible.

Also, this link DOES work, I just tried it again and it works fine, but the passes are all gone and have been since the 19th. However, due to studio rules, we aren’t allowed to remove our pages until after the screenings (though we typically just don’t remove them at all).

That being said. We are not liable/responsible for any emails you are receiving from other people. I assume the email in question is from Advance Screenings, and if they want to push screenings where they know the tickets are already gone that’s there prerogative, and we can’t stop them.

I don’t know what area you live in, but if it’s Raleigh, there are indeed screenings in your area so whatever site you’re looking at is wrong.

Again, please message our facebook page with a screenshot of the conversation in question so I can investigate it further. Thanks!
